With over two decades of experience in Residential Land Development & Construction, Michael Bouchard has managed the construction of over 900 homes since 1989.

Past projects include:  development of 14 raw land subdivision into 753 lots; 6 in-fill projects into 154 lots; and construction management of over 900 single family production homes and 60 custom homes.

The successful completion of these projects were achieved by effectively managing a staff of professional and qualified administrative, construction, warranty & sales personnel; including project managers, superintendents, contract administrators, accounting and customer service personnel.

Management responsibilities encompass all phases of residential development and construction, including administration, finance, accounting, estimating, purchasing, contracting, construction, customer service, land and lot acquisition, subdivision map design, house bids and pricing, cost-profit management, marketing and sales.

Direct dealings with land planners, civil engineers, public sector staff, architects, subcontractors, bankers, escrow officers, appraisers, loan officers, attorneys, and insurance companies has given MJB Management the experience and resource base to expedite your project.

Michael J. Bouchard has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento, with a concentration in Real Estate and Land Use Affairs.
